1. Shipping and Tracking
Deliveries are carried out by DPD in Romania and via the Packeta network for Europe and the USA. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
You have the right to return products within 30 calendar days from the delivery date without providing a reason. To do so, you must submit a written notification (via the website's Return Form or email) and ship the items back within 14 days of the notification. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Strict Return Conditions & Refunds
To qualify for a full refund (processed via bank transfer within 14 calendar days of receipt), products must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, complete with their original hygienic packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, customized items or products that show any signs of use, odors, or stains are strictly non-returnable.
4. Defective Products on Delivery (D.O.A.)
If a product arrives with manufacturing defects, it will be replaced or fully refunded, provided the issue is reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. In this specific scenario, the company covers all shipping costs.
